Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Plans & Deposits

All deposits and plan activations on Refer-Zone are instantly credited to the user's account wallet. Due to the digital nature of our services and instant profit payout structure, deposits are final and non-refundable once activated.

2. Failed Transactions

If money was deducted from your bank or wallet but not credited to your Refer-Zone wallet, please contact our support team immediately with transaction ID proof. Unverified/failed payment queries will be resolved within 24-48 business hours.
